Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase

Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Fully customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Engraved or personalized items
  • Items altered after purchase
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

3. Customized Orders

Customized, engraved, or resized products may still be accepted:

  • Subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Certain fully custom pieces may not be returnable

4. Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours → Free cancellation
  • After 24 hours → 10% cancellation fee

Orders already in production or shipped may not be cancelled.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Share photos or videos for review

We will provide a suitable resolution, including:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Exchange
  • Refund

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method
  • Processed within 10 business days

Note:

  • Shipping charges and duties may not be refundable
  • Banks may take additional time to reflect refunds

7. Exchanges

We recommend placing a new order after initiating a return.

In some cases, exchanges may be available:

  • Subject to approval
  • May include a 10% restocking fee

8. Repairs & After-Purchase Support

We offer after-purchase services including:

  • Repairs for manufacturing defects (subject to inspection)
  • Polishing, resizing, and maintenance (where applicable)

Additional charges may apply depending on the request.

9. Lifetime Upgrade (Optional Offering)

Eligible products may be upgraded in the future:

  • Original item must be returned in good condition
  • Price difference must be paid

10. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Use a secure, trackable method
  • International returns may include customs charges
