Return, Refund, Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Rangani Jewellery House (the Owner), every piece is crafted with precision, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Each creation undergoes strict quality checks before it reaches you. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may wish to return or exchange your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or damages that occur during transit. To initiate a return or exchange, the buyer must contact Rangani Jewellery House (the Owner) within 48 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by clear images or videos as proof of damage or defect. All returned items must be:
-Unused and in their original condition
-Accompanied by the original invoice, packaging, certificates, and tags
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, a replacement or store credit will be issued as per your preference. Please note that customized or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by Rangani Jewellery House (the Owner). Approved refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Return & Refund:
-Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
-The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
-A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to process any return.
Replacement Policy:
-Replacement requests for damaged or defective items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
-If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping:
-Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
-We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure secure delivery of the returned item.
