Cancellation Policy

At Rangani Jewellery House (the Owner), every order is handled with utmost care and attention, ensuring that each piece you select is crafted or prepared exclusively for you. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel an order.

Order Cancellation by the Buyer

Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the item has been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

For customized or made-to-order jewellery, cancellations are not permitted once the crafting process has begun, as each piece is uniquely created as per your specifications.

If the cancellation request is approved, Rangani Jewellery House (the Owner) will initiate the refund to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation by Rangani Jewellery House (the Owner)

Rangani Jewellery House (the Owner) reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

-Product unavailability

-Payment processing issues

-Incorrect or incomplete order details

-Situations beyond the Owner’s control (such as natural calamities, logistic disruptions, etc.)

In such cases, the buyer will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued.
